tofu, hijiki, house-made tartar sauce

Romance Salad (gf)
mixed greens, strawberries, walnuts, carrots, raspberries,
onions, almonds, red wine vinaigrette

Mushroom Phyllo Rolls
crimini and shiitake mushrooms, tempeh bacon, truffle oil, garlic pesto


Entrée
(Choice of one)

Seitan Marsala
sautéed kale, potato mash, sautéed mushrooms,
fennel, shallots, Marsala reduction

Vegetable Lasagna (gf)
layers of grilled eggplant, zucchini, sweet potato, red quinoa
and tofu ricotta, marinara sauce, soy mozzarella, rocket salad

Beet Marinated Tofu
grilled tofu, sauteed brocolini, trumpet mushroom scallops,
black rice, carrot gravy

Seitan Cordon Bleu
panko breaded seitan cutlet folded over soy ham and soy cheese
over sautéed gold chard, and parsnip cake
topped with seared leeks and sautéed shiitake mushrooms

Vegetable Mezze Plate (gf)

(add side dish of sauteed kale or brussels sprouts to any entrée add 5$)

Trio of cashew ice cream from local micro-creamery Lula’s Sweet Apothecary
